I tried some garden tone for my Yucca but its not improving, Is there anything else I can do to try to save my yucca? It is approx 5-1/2 years old.

Yucca is normally a very sturdy and healthy plant, so based on your description I suspect it may be performing normally. In the late winter and early spring, many of the older leaves look tattered and a bit sickly. Then the new growth starts and the plant is renewed. These plants will also die back after blooming, with the "pups" or small plants then overwhelming the original mother plant. Since yucca is not usually bothered by pests or diseases, if neither of those fit, I wonder if something has happened to it, such as an overspray of herbicide or root disturbance. If this is the case, it is possible that it will die back but later resprout from the roots. It is a very tough plant, so at this point I would suggest a wait and see approach.
