I would like to know where I can find alyssum that grows as a perennial, and is also a violet or purple color. I have seen it before, but lately I can only find perennial 'basket of gold' alyssum. Can you help?

Seeds for the purple alyssum (called Alyssum spinosum 'Roseum') are available from Thompson & Morgan, Inc., PO Box 1308, Jackson, NJ 08527-0308. Phone (800) 274-7333. It's a wonderful plant that perks up my sunny rock garden. Enjoy!
