Peony Problems
Category: Perennials
My peonies have what looks like spots of rust--I can only find answers to
mold problems, but this does not wipe off. The buds are turning brown and
I am afraid I will lose them all. Do you have a suggestion? I appreciate
your help!

Unfortunately, if they have rust, there's no way to completely control this disease. To begin with, practice good sanitation by cleaning up old, dead stalks and leaves and destroy. Remove and destroy infected leaves as soon as you notice them.
