I am curious about the growing habits and size of a Cutleaf Weeping Birch ( Betula pendula 'Dalecarlica') and how much space I would need away from house, garage, etc I would need for them to grow properly.

Betula pendula 'Dalecarlica', the cutleaf weeping birch, generally grows 30'-40' high at maturity, with a 15'-20' spread. Tree roots often travel 1 1/2 times as far out as the canopy of branches, I'd plant it at least 25' away from any building foundation. This space will give both the roots and the branches ample room to grow.
