A very heavy rain has broken almost all of the blossoms from my zucchini plants-- will new flowers grow?

It's early enough in the growing season that your plants should recover and produce new flowers. Zucchini fruits grow fairly quickly in warm weather with ample water, so I suspect you'll have a bumper crop throughout July and August. If you want to prevent this problem in the future, you can construct a frame around the plants and cover the frame with fabric row cover to break the force of the rain.
