I am looking for an herb used in Latin American cooking called long leaf coriander. It's Spanish name is "recado" or "recaito". Any suggestions where I might find it? Thank you.

Richters Herbs offers corianders (Coriandrum sativum) including the new variety called Santo, which are described as being used in both Chinese and Latin American cuisine. However, they also offer a "Mexican Coriander" (Eryngium foetidum) which might be what you are looking for -- it is the recao listed as an ingredient (along with but in addition to cilantro) in recaito recipes.
