|My Water Hyacinth and Anacharis in my pond have grown exceptionally well this year and I would like to preserve some for next year. Please advise if these two plants can be wintered over here in Pennsylvania, near Valley Forge. I have successfully wintered my cattails, and lilies but have never tried these two guys.

|The anacharis should be winter hardy if your lilies are surviving. The water hyacinth however does not tolerate any cold at all. You can try to overwinter it indoors in a bucket in a very bright location, but in my experience it is difficult to keep them going through our short days.
