When should I start seeds for planting the end of March and
have a good size plant to put out? This is mostly for vegetables and some annual flowers. I have a Growlux rack set-up in the house. Thanks.

Timing varies for individual plants, but a general rule of thumb is to start your seeds 6-8 weeks before planting out. You don't want to start them too soon, but you don't want to start them too late, either. If you provide a list of specific plants, we can help you plan ahead. Good luck with your seed starting venture!
