| My bleeding heart plants are looking slump and yellow since they lost their bloom. How do I care for them so they bloom next year? |
| The old fashioned bleeding hearts generally bloom, grow for a bit, and then die back and go dormant for the rest of the summer. During a mild summer they may last longer into the season. I think what you are seeing is normal and they should grow and bloom again the next spring. You might want to mark their location so you don't accidently dig them up or plant something on top of them while they are dormant. |
