This year my four o'clocks had variegated blossoms (some yellow with dark pink stripes, some pink with yellow stripes, some solid yellow or pink). I am saving the seeds. Are varieties of variegated four o'clocks available for sale?

Yes, four o'clocks (Mirabilis jalapa) are available in variegated forms. Two varieties I know of are called 'Broken Colors' and 'Kaleidoscope'.
