I would like to put Wisteria sinesis "Aunt Dee" and Wisteria floribunda on the same arbor. Is there any potential problems with close proximity of these two versions of the same plant?

The only potential problem that I'm aware of is that wisteria can become a heavy, massive plant, intertwining extensively. Is your arbor strong enough to hold two of them as they mature? Also, wisteria needs alot of pruning and shaping to enhance flower production and keep it under control. It might be more difficult to sort out "who's who" if they start growing together. Good luck!
