I have a houseplant that I really want to identify. It is a green viney plant with heart-shaped leaves. It does not flower and does best in medium light. I know this isn't a great description, but if you could maybe give me a couple of possibilities, at least I would have a starting point.

A vining plant with heart-shaped leaves could be philodendron, pepperomia or cissus. There are hundreds of other possibilities, but these are the most frequently grown houseplants. You may have better luck identifying yor plant by visiting the garden center of a large store and finding one exactly like it, or by browsing houseplant books in your local library. Good luck in your pursuit!
