| I am having a 40th birthday party on 4/14/01. I'd like to have small centerpieces for the tables, using low flowers so people can see each other. Do you have any good ideas on plants that I could buy now, and could nuture for the few months until my party? Ideally, in April they would be blooming. |
| The most reliable April-bloomers include alyssum, saxifrages, pansies, lily-of-the-valley, and bergenia.
