I moved to a new home in south eastern PA. My yard is going to be shady for most of the day. What variety of roses are best for those growing conditions?

Unfortunately, roses really need sun to do well and bloom the way we expect them to. Full sun all day is best, with six hours of sun including the hour of noon being considered adequate. You might want to consider growing something with lovely flowers but a bit more shade tolerant such as clematis instead. I'm sorry I can;t be more encouraging.
