A recent frost browned many of the fronds on my Christmas Palm. Should I remove them or let it grow as is?

That is an aesthetic decision. You can trim away parts of fronds or the entire frond if you wish. However, if doing so means leaving the tree with not leaves are almost no leaves, I suggest you leave whatever green leaves the palm tree has so it can continue to conduct photosynthesis and build up its carbohydrate reserves. After new leaves have emerged and reached full size you could then move in and remove the old damaged leaves.
