My dusty miller plants looked so good in the fall that I did not cut them back. Now it's February and they are about 15" high and falling over. When can I cut them back so that they will produce new shoots for the spring? Can I cut them back now?

The older foliage on dusty miller always looks a little shop-worn if left on the plant all winter. Cut it back now and new foliage will emerge in the spring. Be sure to remove all the old, dead leaves from the bed.
