Japenesse Beetle Horror - Knowledgebase Question

I live in Massachusetts and we are having a horrible time with the Japanese beetles. They don't attack one plant specificly but every plant annuals, perennials, vegetables. It is very bad. They eat the leaves and the flower we have tried everything and nothing seems to wor--they keep eating!
