|I have just planted the seeds I received from you. They are in the basement with no light. In your instructions you say to give the plants artifical light only AFTER they have begun to emerge from the soil.
My question is: Should I give them any artifical light before then if they have no other light souce in the room?
Thanks for your help.
|Seeds do not need light to germinate, but they do need light once the sprouts emerge from the soil. In other words, seeds planted under the soil surface will not benefit from light in a room (or from natural daylight). Good luck with your new seedlings!|
