French Taragon . - Knowledgebase Question

Is there any other kind of taragon besides french? I had a plant a few years back
with larger leaves and larger flavor.french in kind of flavorless to me !

True French tarragon is propagated from cuttings and has that exceptional flavor so often found in fine cooking. Other tarragon such as Russian tarragon started from seed does not have that special flavor.
