Do you carry Dryopteris Ludoviciana - common name "Florida Shield Fern"? I saw this in the August 2000 issue of Southern Living and am interested in this as it is suppose to be evergreen.

The Florida Shield Fern is native to areas with winter temperature minimums of about 50 degrees, and in colder areas where it may possibly survive it is not evergreen, so I don't think this will be what you want. You might try the evergreen Polystichum acrostichoides or Christmas Fern instead. It too prefers a shady and moist area. It is available from perennial specialists, garden centers and mail order catalogs such as Wayside Gardens, 1-800-845-1124.
