Equal amounts of peat moss, vermiculite and perlite got soaked in water for 3 nights and forgot about it, could i still use this mix to plant seeds indoors? Thank you and bless you.

In my experience, it is usually safer to plant into a freshly mixed and newly dampened soil mix. A fresh batch reduces the risk of any accidental contamination and consequently the chances for mold or bacteria or fungal growth during the germination period are somewhat less. If you use hot water to dampen the mix, you should not need to soak it in water. A rule of thumb might be about one part water to three parts mix, allowed to sit for about an hour and stirred occasionally should be sufficient.
