| They are marginal here, although sometimes they will get into a microclimate that they enjoy. They need their roots in cool shade but the flowering vine in the sun. However, our sun is so intense that an exposure with protection from hot afternoon sun, or one with filtered sun, is essential. They also require a fair amount of water. |
