| Butterfly bush or Buddleia, unfortunately would not be winter hardy in your area. Yarrow or achillea however should be hardy for you as it is listed to zone 3. Aquilegia, purple coneflower, daylily (hemerocallis), dicentra, foxglove, lamium, sedums, and rugosa roses should all be hardy for you as they are also listed to zone 3. |
