I have a very old creeping juniper. Each spring is seems to look really bad, then by late summer it gets it?s act together. Is there any is there any special fertilizer, or for that matter, anything I can apply this spring to jump start it?

These plants usually come through winter in good shape. Some junipers change color naturally during the winter and then green up again in the summer. If you can determine the cause of the problem, then you will know better how to care for it and possibly prevent it from looking that way. You might want to take a sample and maybe a photo to your county extension and see if they can help you trouble shoot the problem and then suggest what to do next.
