How often should you water Mexucan Sunflowers.

Mexican sunflowers or Tithonia do not require a particularly moist soil, so watering would be less than for a more thirsty plant. These plants do well in a relatively hot and dry location. The amount or frequency of watering would depend on your soil and the amount of rainfall. However, in a flower bed, they will do fine with the rule of thumb of an inch of water a week from the gardener or the sky.
