I have access to a fair amount of cranberries. Can cranberries be used as a successful fertilzer? Mequon soil is a heavy clay.

Cranberries could be used as an ingredient of compost and then applied as a soil amendment in composted form. You might want to check with your county extension (238-8288)as well, about any special considerations with regard to using them in compost or as a soil amendment.
