I would like to know what kind of pepper plant to grow
so I can pickle my own pepperoncini. I can't find the seed
anywhere. Thank you.

My experts tell me that the most commonly used chili pepper used for commercial pepperocini is the Anaheim. It's a mild-flavored yellow pepper. You can pickle most any of the chili peppers.
