I just planted 3 Andromeda wycoff. I noticed a few leaves have dropped.Upon examination I discovered that these leaves appear to have areas of chlorophyl loss which seem to be a slight orange in color.Examining the leaves on the plant,I notice tiny white spots on many of the leaves which may be curling. These are not realy spots but tiny white lines which I am able to brush off with my finger.Could this be scale? If not, what would it be?How can I treat the plants? |
Based on your description, I am unable to specifically identify the problem(s). I would suggest you discuss this with the nursery where you purchased the plants and also possibly with your county extension, where they should be able to provide you with a definite identification of the problem(s) and suggest the most appropriate and up-to-date controls. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful. |
