I was given some zinnia seeds that have expired and I was wondering if I planted them would they grow?

The only way to find out is to try it. Fresh seed will have a higher germination rate because seed viability tends to decrease over time. Storage conditions will also affect the viability, with those seeds stored at a steady temperature and lower humidity lasting longer.
