Seeds are best stored in a dry area with an even temperature, so although cold itself may not have harmed them the variations and humidity might have taken a toll. You could pretest the seed by placing some of each kind on a damp paper towel and wrapping that in plastic wrap, place it in a bright location out of direct sun, and see which proportion of seeds germinate. If it is very low, replace the seed. Older seed will typically have a lower germination rate anyway, so you will need to plant more than usual in any case.
