Are Laurel plants subjected to tick. Are ticks attracted to Laurels, Cherry Laurels, or English Laurels??

Ticks do not (as far as I know) prefer any one type of plant because they do not eat plants. However they do like the moisture and cover provided by plants and will hang out there waiting for their next meal to pass by.
