I recently planted" morning glory" seeds("Royal Ensign Dwarf Morning glory" to be exact)in a medium sized planter. Could you tell me if they are annuals or prennials. Also how long will it take before some seedlings start to appear, and what is the best way to care for them?

Morning glories are grown as annuals in cold season climates, so you would need to replant each year. Allow a week to ten days for the seeds to sprout. Care would include watering to keep the soil evenly moist and fertilizing regularly with a water soluble fertilizer for blooming plants according to the label instructions. An occasional top dressing with compost would also be beneficial.
