Your morning glory seeds should be mature by now, so remove the seed pods from the plant and cut them open. Dry the seeds for a few days and then store them in a sealed container in the refrigerator for the winter. Before planting in the spring, soak theseeds overnight to loosen the seed coat and speed germination. Since morning glories sometimes resist transplanting, it's safest to sow them outdoors. But you can try sowing them indoors to get a head start on the season. They need to be transplantedoutside before they develop a second set of true leaves.
