What is a good shrub to plant (besides azalea) that stays fairly small and blooms white. We want something that does not just bloom and then "die" and look green for the majority of the time. We want it to stay white for an extended period of time. thanks |
Most shrubs have a naturally short period of bloom, so you may not find one that lasts as long as you would like. However, in a sunny position you might find that a white flowered potentilla or a small groundcover type rose would bloom longer than the azaleas or peonies. In a slightly shaded position, the white flowered Hydrangea arborescens "Annabelle" would provide an extended period of bloom. |
