I planted some greenbean seeds. None of them came up. When I went back & looked at the dirt there was no sign of the seeds. What should I do?

If there is absolutely no sign of the beans, I'll bet a crow (or other bird) watched you plant, then helped himself. When you replant, suspend birdnetting or floating row cover over the bed until the plants are several inches high. At that point remove the protective covering - birds won't be the least bit interested in the seedlings.
