|I received a beautiful rose hydrangea for mothers day. It is in full bloom. I had planted it in a big planter on my porch the recent wind along with the weight of the bloom has bent and cracked the stem. What is the best way to fix this? Is is possible to save it? I love the plant and would hate to loose it. I do not have much of a green thumb, so any help would be great.
|Unfortunately, once a stem is damaged it may be impossible to repair it. You might want to harvest the damaged bloom and treat it as a cut flower. New growth should replace the damaged portion in time.|
