Aged manure would be stored for six months to a year, so it would be naturally composted. Leaf mold is just shredded leaves that have been partially or fully composted either on their own or in combination with a source of nitrogen such as manure. If you have used aged manure, you can plant immediately. If you used fresh hot manure in quantity, you will need to wait at least a few months to be sure of avoiding burning the plants. If you used a small amount and mixed it into the soil, a month should be adequate.
