I wanted to ask if you had any recomendations for me. I have a covered porch that is open on the North, East, and South sides. I live on the edge of the Santa Cruz mountains in Los Gatos California. We don't get may freezing days..nor 100+ days.
Could you recomend some types of fruit bearing plants you carry for my porch? They'd have to live in a pot. I can move them around on the porch to get more or less sun. I would prefer something like a dwarf nectarine, and I already have strawberries and a dwarf bananna, but I'm open to all other ideas.
|Fruit-bearing trees and shrubs almost always require full sunshine (minimum 8 hours a day). If you have a sunny spot you can grow dwarf peach or dwarf nectarine trees. Other suggestions include dwarf cherry, dwarf pomegranate, dwarf citrus (especially Meyer lemon or Algerian tangerine, or even Nagami kumquat). Hope these suggestions help you choose just the right tree!|
