I would like to know if I need to cut my lilies back after they bloom or leave the leaves to feed the bulb for next year.

Lilies (lilium) foliage should be left to continue growing all season. You may however remove the spent flowers to prevent the plant from devoting energy to seed formation. The blooms can be removed individually or the top few inches of the plant can be trimmed off in the interest of speed. In the fall, gently remove the entire stem once frost has killed it back.
