Do you know of any location or reference that tell how to eat or prepare the fruit from the Natal Plum. I have thousands of fruits this year. Help

Natal plum is Carissa macrocarpa. The fruits are fleshy with a cranberrylike flavor. They can be eaten fresh or used in jelly, sauce or pie. I have no specific recipes for you, but you can try a search on the internet.
