I notice that you have two types of Southern Magnolias on your website. The Southern Magnolia #5940 is described as a medium tree, is the Majestic Beauty Southern Magnolia #5945 typically a large tree?

Southern Magnolia is considered a medium-sized tree because of its pyramidal growth habit, but can reach 40' tall and about 20' wide. For this reason it might be considered a large tree in some landscape situations. Majestic Beauty is also a Southern magnolia, can reach 50' and 20' wide, but looks larger because of its vigorous, dense branching system which produces a fuller canopy. The flowers on Majestic Beauty are very large (sometimes 1' across). If you have the room, plant Majestic Beauty. The flower size is breathtaking!
