This Euonymus fortunei will grow to about four feet tall and wide at maturity, so your spacing would be about four feet apart on center for them to barely touch when full grown. If you are looking for a hedge effect, then you might plant them about two and a half feet apart. If planting along a walk, set them at least two feet back from the walk to allow for their mature width. I hope this helps with your planning.
