|Providing recipes is a little out of my jurisdiction, but the book "The Joy of Cooking" by Rombauer, has one fairly simple recipe:
2 large oranges
2 large lemons
Soak the fruit for 24 hours in:
11 cups of water
Remove fruit; cut into small shred; return to the water; boil for 1 hour; add 8 cups of sugar; boil until it jells.
