WHAT DOES THE TERM "CUTTING GROWN" IE. BOWLES' COMMON PERIWINKLE CATALOG DESCRIPTION MEAN?

Plants can be propagated in different ways such as by seed or division or by cutting. Cutting grown typically means tip growth pieces were removed from the parent plant and then rooted. This way you are assured of getting a new plant identical to the parent.
