|My wife and I have been looking for an annual in the Dusty Miller family. We found it about two years ago locally, but haven't seen it lately. It's definitely similar to Dusty Miller, but it has very delicate white leaves, and it's great to use as an accent in pots with other plants. It looks a lot like a woven lace fabric. Do you have any idea what its name would be and where we could find it. Also a picture would be great.|
|There are a number of different kinds of "Dusty Miller" so the one you saw might be "Silver Lace". Nurseries with a good selection of annuals would carry it as a bedding plant in the spring. |
There is also a perennial artemesia with a very fine texture, it is called "Silver Brocade". It could be used in containers as well. Here is a picture in case this is it.
Good luck with your search.
