Typically viburnums do best in a cool location with morning sun and an evenly moist, humusy soil. They also usually grow as wide as tall, reaching their full size rather slowly. For this reason I am not sure this plant will meet your needs. Rather than try to make suggestions without knowing the microclimate and size space available, I would suggest you consult with your county extension and possibly local professional nursery staff to determine which plants might be the most suitable and then select the one you like best from there. I would hate to tell you a specific viburnum and have it end up not being what you are looking for in terms of performance. In my experience, too, in many cases a vine-covered fence or trellis panel placed closer to the viewing window or patio or deck is often the fastest way to hide something we don't like to look at next door. Good luck with hiding that rv!
