Hibiscus rosa sinensis Red Dragon is a tropical plant and loves sunshine, so you need to keep it in as bright a location as possible. This plant responds to being relocated by dropping foliage, it also drops foliage in response to many environmental factors. Usually, once it has been moved to a permanent location and has had several weeks to adapt, it settles in and stablizes. In the meantime, keep the soil slightly moist, and protect the plant from both warm and cold drafts. If your household air tends to be dry, you could set it on a humidity tray of pebbles and water. Keep an eye out, too, for spider mites and other pests which may cause foliage problems. Inspect top and bottom of leaves as well as along the stems for anything unusual. Good luck with your hibiscus.
