|A red twig dogwood shrub can be grown from tip cuttings, meaning pieces cut from the tips of branches. The pieces could be about six inches long and should include the very tip. Wrap the cut ends in a barely damp paper towel and wrap the whole thing in a plastic bag. Pack in a box so they will not rattle around or be crushed. Ship the fastest method possible.
