I started some nasturtiums 3 weeks ago. They are up and

Nasturtiums are considered annuals in your area, but they self-sow, and you'll have new plants sprouting wherever you planted nasturtiums last year. Seeds you sow outdoors now will begin to grow when the weather warms. Since you already have plants growing, go ahead and put them outside in a protected spot. They may survive a mild winter.

Nasturtiums are sensitive to heat and will stop blooming when the weather gets too hot, but will resume in the early fall when the weather cools.
