Could you please tell me if the Radiation Lantana Camara are poisonous to cats. I need to bring my plant in if it is to survive the winter and need to know this as I have cats.

According to the the Cat Fanciers Association web site, lantana is toxic to cats. (Other references note that the berries and foliage are toxic to a variety of animals as well as children.) You might want to keep the plant caged or in a room where the cats are never allowed.
